We truly care about your satisfaction and want every print to arrive in perfect condition. Because each piece is made to order, we carefully review all return requests on a case-by-case basis.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Each request is carefully reviewed, and only items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect will typically qualify for return or replacement.
If your return request is accepted, a return shipping fee of $9.99 USD per item will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we do not accept returns for personalized wall art or custom items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is approved, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In cases of shipping damage, we will assist with replacement or refund based on carrier responsibility.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized wall art
Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for items based on change of mind, size preference, or personal taste once the order is printed and shipped. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item before purchasing.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for your existing item (subject to approval). Once accepted, you may place a new order for your preferred item. Please note that a $9.99 USD fee per item applies to exchanges, just as with returns.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. This policy does not apply to personalized or custom items.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and will confirm whether the refund has been approved or denied. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
