Flexible Production Model

Larger Canvas Orders

  • Special Production for Larger Canvases: All canvases sized 30" x 40" and above are produced in the United States to ensure the highest quality.
  • Extended Shipping Times: Delivery may take 4-12 business days for orders inside the U.S., and 4-14 business days for orders outside of the U.S.
  • Customs Duties: International customers are responsible for paying customs duties, taxes, or VAT upon product arrival in their country.

Packaging for Different Products

We carefully select packaging methods to ensure the safe delivery of your artwork while adhering to local shipping standards. Here's how we package each product type:

Posters

Smaller Posters (Up to 6" x 8"): Shipped flat, accommodating up to 100 posters per package.

Larger Posters (Over 6" x 8"): Shipped in triangular or rolled tubes, holding up to 5 posters per tube.

Framed Posters

  • Frame Protection: Frames are pre-packed with corner protectors and a protective film. Packaged in boxes with reinforced edges for maximum protection.
  • Additional Sturdiness: I-beams are included for added stability, especially for multi-item orders (max 2 frames per package).
  • Poster Mounting Options: Posters are packed in inner paperboard folders (up to 10 posters per folder) unless the Framing Service is selected, in which case the poster arrives professionally mounted in the frame.
  • Note on Plexiglass: Frames with plexiglass may have a blue-tinted protective film on both sides. This can sometimes be mistaken for scratches, bubbles, or discoloration.

Canvases (Framed & Unframed)

  • Corner Protection: Foam or air cell protectors are used to safeguard edges.
  • Plastic Wrapping: Each canvas is wrapped in a protective plastic sleeve to prevent damage.
  • Corrugated Boxes: Shipped in recycled corrugated boxes (at least 32 ECT B flutes) for durability during transit.
